1) Last name ("The Turners" or "Turner"):
2) EST. date ("01.02.18" or "01.02.2018"):
3) Font selection (see images):

Please note that if no font is selected, the default will be BOLD ROMANCE. 

FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Before submitting your last name, please note that when ending a last name in only "s" that is referencing plural, while ending in " 's " means possessive (The Turners vs. The Turner's). Technically the correct spelling for this sign is ending in only "s".
