We know receiving your order in a timely manner is important. We strive to make sure your order is processed quickly and the items are shipped in a timely manner. We give a general expectation of 1-3 business days for your items to be processed and shipped out. However, we do have a few products that are made to order and more custom in nature that have a 1-2 week turnaround time. Shipping is currently available on our store platform for shipping in the United States and International shipping for most products. If you have a question about international shipping, please email us your mailing address and product you're wanting to buy to email@example.com
International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
These additional fees are not included in the cost of shipping, and we are not able to provide estimates of what this amount may be for a specific order or item.

We can occasionally put rushes on items if you need to receive a product by a certain time period and are always willing to work with you as much as possible. Once an item’s tracking number says “Accepted” by USPS we can not be liable for Non-Delivery/Theft/Ect. All items are sent WITHOUT signature required delivery. Please contact if you prefer your gifts be sent with signature required delivery.
